This beautiful copper planter or pot is a rare example dating from approximately 1880. Made from solid copper that has weathered over decades to develop a natural rustic verdigris patina.

With solid copper rivets are a feature of its original form, likely as Victorian water tank, make tactile and visual feature.

This pot is large enough to house a small tree, large shrub or plant up with seasonal flowering plants, but a drainage hole would need to be created. Alternatively this could be used to store logs, or to create a water feature.
